LOOKING FORWARD

In 2021, the Regency at McLean proudly launched a transformative multimillion-dollar Modernization Program to address functionality, style and energy efficiency. The work will impact all aspects of the building, both internal and external, and includes, but is not limited to a complete rehabilitation of all four elevators, pipe re-lining of the domestic water supply system, upgrading the HVAC system, repairs to three pools, waterproofing the underground parking garage, refreshing the lobby and other common areas and replacing backup power systems. Some of the projects have already been completed and several more are due to be completed by the end of 2025. This multi-year undertaking is supported by keen project oversight, strong fiscal management and forward- thinking planning that considers both the near-and long-term needs of the Community.
